Thames Valley ICB meets in public at 11am on 22 July 2026

The first meeting in public of the new Thames Valley Integrated Care Board will be at 11am - 1pm on Wednesday 22nd July 2026. Questions should be submitted to frimleyicb.public@nhs.net by midday on the preceding Friday. Please write to the same email address requesting a link to attend the meeting online.

Thames Valley ICB is our NHS care commissioner

As of 1st April our NHS care is commissioned by Thames Valley Integrated Care Board.

The Thames Valley ICB area covers the 3 counties of Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire - about 2.5 million people and the initial annual budget will be about £5.6B.

Reading Health and Wellbeing Board meets at 2pm on Wed 18 March 2026

Reading's Health and Wellbeing Board will meet in public on Wednesday 18th March 2026 at 2pm at Weller Centre, 110 Amersham Road, Caversham Reading RG4 5NA (served by buses 27 and 29).

The meeting on 10th February was cancelled.

Cool Spaces in Reading -Wed&Thu - 24/25 June 2026 - Recommended by Reading Borough Council

If you are out and about and need to rest in a cool place during the exceptional heat the following places are recommended by Reading Borough Council:

 

Reading Civic Offices, Bridge Street - 9am to 5pm - Air conditioned, seating, free drinking water and toilets available. Central Library open on Thursday. Wheelchair accessible.

Rivermead and Palmer Park Leisure Centres - 7am to 9pm - Air conditioned, free drinking water, toilets.Wheelchair accessible.
